app-text/pspell-ispell version 0.12-r1

(Abiword abiword-1.0.2.ebuild need it and abiword 1.0.2-r1 has problems with copy) 


emerge pspell-ispell

ends with :

/usr/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lpspell-impl
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

 abiword 1.0.2-r1 has problems with copy

every time i use Ctrl C to cpy text, the damn thing just crashes with no error
message. Or if i select text and then paste it to any other app, Abiword just
exits/crashes with no warning or error message what so ever.

ah good, we're actually looking to upgrade it to 1.03.  Just sorting out some
perl issues with it.  Please bear with me for just a little longer on that.

abiword has been upgraded to abiword-1.0.3

hmm missed the mail on this one ... 

If you build +gnome +spell in USE it will work and i think i know what the
problem is, but i havent tested it yet.

With a lot of help from mg of the AbiWord team i just added 1.0.4_pre1 , this
release should fix the late aspell troubles. Perl 5.8 problems were not
reproducable so far and most likely haven't been fixed. Please test.
