dev-python/uritemplate no longer satisfies dev-python/jsonschema dependency requirements, as confirmed by upstream, here: https://github.com/Julian/jsonschema/issues/911

Instead we need dev-python/uri_template which is not currently in Portage, but for which I have written an ebuild that passes the tests (attached).

This might also explain the test failure issues reported recently for dev-python/jsonschema.
