This version was removed in https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=157b9faad2181f91f886afe744c11a7f49b2666b which seems a bit premature.

It's hardly 2 years old, and package we're looking to bring to Gentoo Science still depends on it ( https://github.com/dandi/dandi-cli/issues/825#issuecomment-1033969455 ).

premature.. 2 years old? You're free to fork stuff in ::science, it's not like ::guru.
