dev-libs/light is just a tool in C to control the backlight with ACPI and udev rules, which is exactly what sys-power/acpilight does (ACPI and udev rules) but written in python.

It makes no sense two almost identical programs to be in different categories, i suggest light to be moved to sys-power as well.
