In tree for more than 30 days without new bugs. I think it is time to stabilize Nextcloud 23.0.0.

Major nextcloud version bumps usually bring their lot of bad surprises, but 23 apparently went fine, I think we can go with it now (and have newer branch in stable)

Stabilization of 23.x without stabilizing 22.x before breaks nextcloud installations with the following error when upgrading (php occ upgrade)

apache@argo-2 ~/roma2.sineo.it/htdocs/nextcloud $ php occ upgrade
The current PHP memory limit is below the recommended value of 512MB.
Nextcloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available
You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade
Setting log level to debug
Exception: Updates between multiple major versions and downgrades are unsupported.
Update failed
Maintenance mode is kept active
Resetting log level
