/sbin/depscan.sh uses /bin/mktemp from sys-apps/debianutils
/sbin/rc uses /bin/ps from sys-apps/procps
Therefore sys-apps/baselayout should RDEPEND on them.

many init scripts including checkfs, localmount, halt.sh and runscript.sh use /bin/grep from sys-apps/grep
/etc/init.d/bootmisc uses /usr/bin/find from sys-apps/findutils

baselayout is special

seeing as how every package mentioned is in our 'system' profile, i dont see any reason for this change

it'll just cause headaches for developers porting Gentoo to other platforms
