Hello.
Dolphin is always fail while trying to rename .part file at a SMB share, complaining about permissions.
But permissions is fine, Dolphin can create and delete files at this SMB share just fine.
Same issue on 2 identical computers.
Tested with earlier installation (net-fs/samba-4.13.9-r3, kde-apps/dolphin-21.04.3, kde-frameworks/kio-5.85.0-r1, kde-apps/kio-extras-21.04.3-r2) and there is no such issue there.
The issue can be reproduced with the following stable packages: net-fs/samba-4.14.10-r1, kde-apps/dolphin-21.08.3, kde-frameworks/kio-5.88.0-r2, kde-apps/kio-extras-21.08.3-r1.

No luck, the issue can be reproduced with kde-frameworks/* ~amd64 and kde-plasma/* ~amd64.

This bug seems fixed, at least for me.
After recent kde-apps update, the Dolphin works as expected with SMB shares.

I'm using stable branch.
So 5.90.0 for frameworks and 21.12.3 for apps.
