Description Esteve Varela Colominas 2021-12-17 23:28:26 UTC
Currently this is the only package I have that installs things into /opt, and I don't fully understand why.

Podman, its dependent, will search /usr/libexec/cni and /usr/lib/cni before ever attempting to look at /opt[1]. From what I gather, this means the tools can be moved to either location. Is there any reason for this?

The service definitions that are installed with the cni-plugins
(including the systemd services that come with the package) expect the
plugins to be installed in /opt, so I would rather not move them.

Thanks for asking about this though. :-)
