re-opening, not all arches were done and closed by mistake I believe. also updating to new beta

m68k done. Admittedly 27 tests failed. 3 of them were numerical, which is not unusual on this platform. 2 of them may have been due to building over NFS. The rest appear to have something to do with line endings, which is a bit more concerning. It generally seems to work though.

It generally seems to work though. currently tests run in bytecomp mode and do not indicate interactive usage. while yeah, failing tests are concerning, we are not aiming stable for now. we may switch tests to interactive ones later or run both, idk yet. it's still in a bit of a flux state, but new upstream if friendly and responsive, and are interested in fixing issues, without breaking defined behavior ofc.
