With keyword set in package.keywords, envision fails to emerge because
the cvs module on sf.net is misc/envision, not e17/apps/envision

Easy to fix by adding ECVS_MODULE="misc/envision" to the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add "=media-video/envision-9999 -*" to /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge envision
3.

Actual Results:  
it fails :)

Expected Results:  
it should have succeeded
