To enable NAS support in gaim, the --enable-nas ./configure flag should be used
when nas is present in the USE variable.  The current ebuild uses the
--disable-nas flag when nas is not present in USE.  Because NAS support is
disabled by default, it is never compiled in with the current ebuild.
