This mirror is out of sync, I've already seen comments from the admin:
09:30 < sbrath> Notice: I'm having an outage for mirror1.mirrors.tds.net . Not sure what's wrong but looks like it could be a DDos.. Rebooting now and looking at it closer.

Restarted server, ran out of disk space for logging auditd added space, and reduced monitor threashold to alert earlier. Server is back to normal.
