provices 
- pseudo CTAPI driver which allows CTAPI based programs to transparently use libchipcard.
- OpenSC-reader module allowing OpenSC to use libchipcard
- KVK-service (making the KVK daemon from libchipcard1 obsolete)
- the server now accepts remote drivers thru SSL connections (targetted at Gnumed to be used in thin client networks)
- some bug fixes
