Check out the nessus-core-1.2.4.ebuild.  It requires
=net-analyzer/libnasl-1.2.3.  This in turn will require nessus-libraries-1.2.3.
 This is a bit of a problem..

Fix?  s/libnasl-1.2.3/libnasl-1.2.4/ in nessus-core-1.2.4.ebuild.

I implemented this fix manually and it works as expected.
