Installing the app-office/dia ebuild with the "doc" USE flag enabled appears only to install the man page and does not install the HTML documentation. A comment in the ebuild suggests that the "doc" USE flag should also be using docbook2html (from app-text/docbook-sgml-utils) to generate HTML documentation (I have this package installed) and the USE flag is used as input to the configure script to do so, but if I'm interpreting the source correctly, the configure script seems to be looking for "db2html" instead of "docbook2html". (app-text/docbook-sgml-utils should probably also be a build-time dependency for the "doc" USE flag, as currently it is possible to emerge app-office/dia[doc] without it ever being installed.)
