Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
FEATURES=multilib-strict emerge cyrus-sasl
Actual Results:  
liblogin.so.2.0.20 tries to install to /usr/lib/sasl2/, aborting the emerge. 

Expected Results:  
64-bit shared objects go in lib64, not lib. 

It emerges fine w/o multilib-strict, but of course that doesn't fix the 
problem.

this has been fixed for 2 months now...
