ispell-3.2.06-r5, gentoo 1.4, ix86

During the build, the default CFLAGS from the .tar.gz file was used, "-O",
instead of the CFLAGS setup in /etc/make.conf.

ispell is a very fragile build. we found that using custom optimisations was
leading to bad things, so we left it at what the upstream authors decided on as
safe defaults.
