sorry i am a newbe and i dont know what is the problem

i have a apache2 web server with PHP5 and i try to emerge mod_perl 
but i have this error can you help me

Tried to reproduce by
'emerge -B =dev-perl/mod_perl-1.99.11'
binary package builded *sucessful*

I have the same problem:

I had the same problem with apache2 and mod_perl.  I was able to get both installed and working.  Here is my post on the subject.  May be of some small help:

hi guys.

mod_perl-2.0.1 is now in portage.
this should solve some of your problems.

also regarding mod_perl and apache and threaded mpm's.
if you have a threaded apache you Must have a threaded perl.
perl uses the ithreads USE flag to enable threads.
enabling this will require you to rebuild perl and everything that depends on
perl and every perl module.
perl-cleaner is used for this task.
running "perl-cleaner reallyall" will perfom this rebuild for you.
