Trying to upgrade at iproute2 arpd make an error and exit.

what versions of sys-lib/db do you have installed ?

if you run `emerge db` and then `emerge iproute2`, do things work again ?

Probably something went wrong with the maintenance of the symbolic link for db_185.h
