did you try another mirror?
Comment 2 Jon White 2005-02-16 02:49:13 UTC
Yes, I have tried the following mirrors...

http://gentoo.inode.at/
http://mir.zyrianes.net/gentoo/
http://212.219.56.152/sites/www.ibiblio.org/gentoo/
Comment 3 Jon White 2005-02-18 07:02:45 UTC
The hash in /usr/portage/media-sound/museseq/files/digest-museseq-0.7.1 matches
muse-0.7.1fixed.tar.bz2, not muse-0.7.1.tar.bz2 which is specified in the ebuild.

I downloaded muse-0.7.1fixed.tar.bz2 from the muse sourceforge site, and copied it over /usr/portage/distfiles/muse-0.7.1.tar.bz2

This fixes the problem.
