Description Christian Rudh 2002-09-22 06:12:39 UTC
When I emerge Anjuta (both 0.1.9 and the masked 0.9.99) it goes through the
compilation phase and then starts the install (in the sandbox) but then it says:

cd ../global-tags && make system.tags
make[4]: Entering directory
`/var/tmp/portage/anjuta-0.1.9/work/anjuta-0.1.9/global-tags'
echo "Detecting header files and Generating global symbols ....."
Detecting header files and Generating global symbols .....
chmod +x ./create_global_tags.sh
./create_global_tags.sh

And it stops there. I noticed that it accessed the disk constantly and i found
out that it was building a file in /tmp: 22679_1032692802_2.cpp.
When I aborted the emerge the file was 1.3G large.

i can verify this - i moved my tmpdir to a larger partition; it ate over 2.5gb
before i ran out of space. occurred with both anjuta-0.1.9 and anjuta-0.9.99
ebuilds.

anjuta cvs does _not_ exhibit the problem.

Anjuta-1.0.0 is now available and don't have this problem (apparently), so
closing. If anything goes wrong, let me know. Thanks
