ccache-4.4 was added August 27th, 4.4.1 Sept 12th, and 4.4.2 Oct 1st.

The addition of IUSE=doc is particularly helpful for catalyst builds, where the documentation is not needed and the documentation dependencies are onerous.

Please CC-ARCHES if appropriate.
