If it doesn't happens again, or it happens randomly (also with other ebuilds) then you have probably some hardware issues. I'd suggest you to check your memory (memtest86), processor temperature etc...

i've already checked the memory with memtest86 and there were no errors, the temperature is fine too. Now i have finished the emerge of kdegraphics and works fine. Thanks for your help anyway.
