Issue: dev-python/inotify-0.2.10 installs files with broken symlink.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
This machine uses GCC-11: https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/porting_to.html

@ZeroChaos,
if you re-add this, I'll consider further QA action. You have added an ebuild

1. without python@'s consent
2. with broken symlinks
3. without working tests, with a reason that shows that you don't care.
