ruTorrent throws "Call to undefined function get_magic_quotes_gpc" since php version bump to 8.0

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade PHP to 8.0
Actual Results:  
PHP throws "Call to undefined function get_magic_quotes_gpc"

Expected Results:  
ruTorrent should run

An update to ruTorrent 3.10 should fix it!

Only versions 4.x are in the tree, and they work with php 8.1.
