Variables like ZI_DIR and friends are hardcoded into the script.
They should be read from /etc/zope-config.conf.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change ZI_DIR in /etc/zope-config.conf
2. try zprod-manager add

Actual Results:  
It doesn't find the instances.

zprod-manager still waits for rewrite and merge with zope-config. at current version this changes rather wont be made.
