It was suggested in IRC that I file a bug here asking for access to the VMware GSX box. So yes, I'd like a system to build x86-fbsd stuff on, in the absence of a real dev machine. It would need to be loaded up with a minimal FreeBSD system; that can be converted easily to Gentoo/BSD.

unfortunately, this box was whacked some time ago because, after several emails
to -dev and -core, nobody ever requested access to it. :(  You're the first
person to ever ask for an account on it.
