libddmpeg is deprecated. It was build by Ivor Hewitt for  hardware mpeg2 decoder support for linux.

It's currently replaced by xvmc-wrapper (unichrome.sf.net).
this wrapper btw can only be installed if used in combination with xorg-x11 with unichrome extensions.

Please deprecate the ebuild and leave no replacement for now.
