If an ebuild does not exist in PORTDIR or PORTDIR_OVERLAY but is emerged, eix incorrectly shows it as not installed. esearch properly shows it as installed.

This applies to eix-0.2.0_alpha

Its been fixed in 0.2.0, closing.
