I have installed my own binary pkg, dev-libs/pam_cracklib-1.4.0 which is in
/var/db/pkg/dev-libs/pam_cracklib-1.4.0
but has no ebuild in the tree.

# > eix pam_cracklib

cannot find this pkg at all.

I would rpeort this upstream. Of course, may need to run eix-update.
