emerge --info

I'm using x11-wm/fluxbox-1.3.7-r4. The last google-chrome that accepted system title bar and borders was google-chrome-93.0.4577.82. Right-clicking to right of opened tabs allows one to turn on and off system title bar and borders. Even though this item is selected the system title bar and borders are not used for the above google-chrome.

google-chrome is a binary package and we can only ship it as is. Please feel free to open an upstream bug at https://crbug.com.
