Comment 1 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-11 12:46:42 UTC
Please use "New -> Gentoo Linux -> Component: Ebuilds" in future. Infrastructure is not the correct addressee.

Comment 2 Gregorio Guidi (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-12 07:29:00 UTC
Does the same error happen if you try again?

By the way, the error occurs when compiling the kig python scripting support,
which used to be troublesome, but for other reasons (see bug 40543).
Comment 3 Marcin W. 2005-02-18 08:11:20 UTC
it happens everyday as I do: emerge rsync && emerge -u -D -V world
is there any partial-solution? (Im unable to update world)
Comment 4 Gregorio Guidi (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-18 16:25:03 UTC
Have you tried with less CFLAGS?
