As we try to move to newer EAPI, it would be useful if a small badge listing EAPI version is shown near every version of ebuilds in Overview.

As a small design idea how I held in my mind:
I think of a small badge (I think a light gray color would be best), which shows in the Overview's table, in the version cell on the right align side (where the small restricted badges shows), with text "EAPI=8" as an example.
