mergeing kde-3.4_beta2 today, at least kdelibs are going in /
not in /usr/kde/3.4/ as expected.

I found the reason:

I had an older kde.eclass file in PORTDIR_OVERLAY.
(older splited-eubilds-tarball)

Maybe one should get informed to delete such stuff ? Maybe a short post to
the metaebuilds list ?

Felix: While it works to a degree, "overloading" eclasses via overlay directories  is not supported. Always rename them and keep depending ebuilds modified in your overlay as well.
