The website for devel-chroots gets a 403.  The website should probably be changed to www.gentoo.org.

Actually, the package doesn't download either.  It should either be removed, or the tarball added to distfiles.

I'm sorry if this got assigned to devrel, it wasn't supposed to.  It's just a case of putting a tarball on distfiles, because it was being downloaded from the account of a dev who left.  The code is still in CVS.
