oggdec seems to have changed the command line option -q to -Q (according to "oggdec -h"), but the manpage still mentions -q for that function.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. call oggdec -q

Actual Results:  
oggdec: invalid option -- q
Internal error: Unrecognised argument


Expected Results:  
no output since -q is/was the option for quiet operation

Please tell upstream to fix their manpages for the next release... also, if you provide a patch to fix this, I'll include it in the ebuild.
