the xmms-liveice plugin depends icecast to be locally installed. This of course is bogus.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -av xmms-liveice


Actual Results:  
xmms-liceice wants to install icecast.

Expected Results:  
xmms-liveice plugin gets installed without direct icecast requirement
