net-vpn/nebula-bin-1.4.0.ebuild

Hi, Slack have an interesting VPN called Nebula which seems to have matured and offers a credible alternative to Wireguard. In particular it seems interesting for use with virtual machines to give a flat address space across servers/racks/data-centres. MIT license.

It's a Go based system and they produce binaries for a large number of architectures (including clients for IOS and Android)

See attached for an attempt at an ebuild for these binaries. Feedback appreciated?

The project seems to produce relatively infrequent releases (1-3/year). I suspect an ebuild which compiles the Go code might also be useful?

Any developer interested to adopt this?
