Version bump. Added these IUSE flags: acl, debug.
New IUSE flag: vserver. It is needed for vservers (http://www.linux-vserver.org) running in 2.4 kernels. vserver flag is also used in a baselayout patch in bug #55973

thank you, fixed now. I commented out the vserver patch, because you did not attach it. You are free to commit it and remove the comment to get full functionality.
