0001-ia64-ignore-VM_FLUSH_RESET_PERMS-to-survive-strace.patch

guppy currently runs 0001-ia64-ignore-VM_FLUSH_RESET_PERMS-to-survive-strace.patch patch to survive strace testsuite.

The patch is not clean (a hack) is it unconditionally removes VM_FLUSH_RESET_PERMS semantics (should be functionally equivalent, but has different security guarantees). Can't be upstreamed or included as is yet.

ia64@ should be good to go
