use.desc is way out of date many new use flags are avaliable that are not include in the use.desc

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.look at /usr/portage/profiles/use.desc
2.
3.




if we could get all devs together to updates this list as they add/or see new
use flags would make a  few new users to gentoo a little happier to know what
use flags do what I do believe.

What are these many use flags? Are you thinking of local use flags which are in use.local.desc?

provide a list of undocumented flags if you find any.

Dude just look at all new use flags that have been added to packages that are not in use.dec no I am not talking about local either. I will prepare a list within next few days leave bug report open until then please then you will better understand what I am talking about

I don't think so.  Reopen the bug with the list.
