phpLDAPadmin needs to be upgraded to the latest version released few days ago

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~your_arch_here emerge -pv phpldapadmin

Actual Results:  
version 0.9.4b pretended to be installed

Expected Results:  
version 0.9.5 should be installed

renaming the ebuild just worked.

though i haven't tested it with php5.

renaming the ebuild works just fine. I am running it with PHP 5.0.3

btw, version 0.9.4b didn't even show a meaningful startpage using php5 that's why i tried to install the newest one.
