rsync will be down until an emergency upgrade/repair can be completed, it should be done by February 7.

I removed it from rotation, post a comment to this bug and I'll put it back in when things look good again. Thanks!

rsyncd is running from a ramdrive again, should be safe to re-add it now, it's been syncing fine for the last 12 hours.
