It's an "abstract" top-down shooter. Fun to play. ...nothing else much to say. Made by the sam guy(s) who made (and ported) rRootage and Noiz2sa, that's why it should be easer to make an ebuild.

since 0.106 or earlier dmd is needed to compile i think its doubtfull to have source version

This one should depend on bug #118209 Now it's possible to write a source version of parsec47's ebuild.
Bad news for non-x86. Parsec47 (and gunroar, and other Kenta Cho games using libBulletML) are heavily outdated. They rely on bulletss (libBulletML bindings for D) which, in words of his author, is obsolete in favor of Swif4D [1] which is also obsolete and dead (or inactive) upstream. That is, bulletss and big pars of parsec47 need to be modified/rewritten to compile with modern versions of dmd/gdc. I started to modify it, I thought it'd be some sed work and not much more, but I was wrong. So we'll need to stick to the -bin ebuilds. [1] http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?DwithSwig
