Why is USE 'draft' default enabled in pyzmq? This requires net-libs/zeromq[drafts]', which states "Build draft API, which may change at any time without any notice, and is therefore not recommended for normal use." Either the wording is wrong or not updated to current guidance, or the IUSE default needs to be reconsidered as a default.

Thanks! Opened two bugs, actually. Bug #805581 for the above inquiry, and Bug #805584 to get USE "draft" harmonized with net-libs/zeromq USE "drafts".
