When I emerge tunepimp 0.3.0 I get the following message while configure:
checking for readline in -lreadline... no
*
*  The GNU readline library isn't installed.
*  This means the sample tagger, tp_tagger, won't
*  have readline support.
*

But I have readline installed and the use-flag is set.
