dbh author has bumped this again.  Here's the release notes from SourceForge:

Release Name: 1.0.22

Notes: Remove gcc specific stuff, correct library release to major.minor (1-0.21 was bungled up with major.minor.micro) Tarfile uploaded on jan-29-05 has a configure script built with a broken libtool. If you use this version, regenerate configure with automake tools. Otherwise download jan-30 version.

It's in Portage, but make trouble with XFCE 4.2 stable.
It's only usefull if you are using XFCE4 CVS.
