Description Marco Matthies 2005-01-31 13:40:16 UTC
hmmer is program for creating hidden markov models for protein sequences.

i've used it a few times and it works flawlessly on amd64, i think it should get keyworded ~amd64.

output of emerge --info (if it's needed):

i just wanted to add that the only thing needed for the ebuild to work was adding ~amd64 to the ebuild.
Comment 2 Kris Kersey (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-02-07 16:15:51 UTC
Done. Marked amd64.
