Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Firefox as the default browser in Plasma system settings
2. Click on a link in another application like Signal or InteiJ

Actual Results:  
Have chrome open your link

Expected Results:  
What happened to Firefox?

Apply the patch from commit d11b33ec.  I will attach it to this PR.

fix_default_browser.patch

Batch from the PR in this ticket for convenience. Tested locally ~amd64 seems to work.  Alternatively we could roll up this rolling 1.1.3_p release to something more recent.

I think this has been resolved with x11-misc/xdg-utils-1.1.3_p20210805.
