My system is ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="ppc".  autoconf-2.59-r5 is running fine, but when I did an emerge --sync && emerge --ask --update --deep world, I get an error that autoconf-2.59.r6 requires autoconf-wrapper, which is marked "~ppc".  emerge <sys-devel/autoconf-2.59-r6 successfully reinstalls autoconf-2.59-r5 without pulling the dependency.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --pretend autoconf

Actual Results:  
I get the error described above.

Expected Results:  
If autoconf-2.59-r6 truly requires autoconf-wrapper, then it should be masked
"~ppc".  Otherwise, it should not pull the dependency.

Sorry, I had it done locally, but forgot to check it into the CVS. It is done now.
